One of the highlights of Comic Con 2012 was covering the “Walking Dead” party with two of my faves, Deidre Behar and Jeffy Can. This red carpet event took a crazy and fantastic turn when zombies took over the event. I admit, I was slightly freaked out when one of them started pulling my hair while I was shooting my standup, but I have to give MAJOR props to the actors playing these live zombies. I mean, seriously, their commitment to their zombie craft could only be rivaled by the likes of Meryl Streep, Robert DeNiro and other complete a-listers. These zombie peeps remained in character for the duration of the whole carpet and then throughout the entire party. That’s about 6 hours-plus of zombie character acting….impressive.
