BUCKLE UP Y’ALL! On The Flip is going off the rails! This is our biggest and most lucrative flip EVER…we did this project with another investor and the profits on this massive home renovation/flip were $160,000! I know. It’s wild! Even more wild is the fact that this almost didn’t happen because when I say I was not happy to be doing this house when we first started, let’s just say that’s a massive understatement. But, as soon as I saw it on the inside I fell in LOVE! We were able to buy this house at a pretty great deal because, as per the usual, no one wanted it because was a huge undertaking. Chris and I worked around the clock for MONTHS on this house and I almost cried when we had to leave. And lucky for you guys, PHIL (aka my dad) was a massive help on this house, no only in the comedy department (LOL) but also when it came to some crucial projects. This home sold VERY quickly to a Phoenix local who’s been in Arizona for their entire life! That’s why we love what we get to do…take super sad houses, make them happy and turn them into homes for awesome people/families in the community! Oh and PS…the new buyer loved all the furniture I flipped in the dining room and he bought all of it with the house! If you haven’t seen that video, I 10/10 recommend! WATCH THE VIDEO HERE!
