Stagecoach is held at the same location as Coachella, which as you know, I’ve been to multiple times, BUT it’s SOOOOO much different. There are fewer stages, way less people and more cowboy boots than I’ve ever seen in one place. And I freaking loved it. This was also my first-ever country music festival! I’ve been to a few country concerts but absolutely NOTHING like this before. I was dying to see Florida Georgia Line (HOLY is my jammmm), Kacey Musgraves and Keith Urban. Guys…if you’ve never seen Keith in concert…he’s basically a rock god. Not exaggerating. His hair was in it’s element in the desert wind and he put on the best show ever.
Long story short here – I HIGHLY recommend Stagecoach to people of all ages and even to people who are just starting to dip their toes in the water that is country music or even the pond that is the festival world. The vibe is great, the people are really cool, the food is the bomb and the music…SO GOOD. Also, I saw so many dudes in daisy dukes, it was hilarious, but I guess it’s hot out in the Coachella desert so I get it.
Side note – I stayed at my DEZ home away from home…the JW Marriot Desert Springs and as per the usual, the amazing team at the hotel did not disappoint. I literally feel so at home at this property. The spa and pool are amazing, the food selection and quality are off the charts, and YOU GUYS…they delivered an edible vegan terrarium to my room (yes I said terrarium), so they basically own me at this point because I’m so into them. I recommend escaping to the JW any time you can, whether you’re from LA or not. It’s truly the best and was the perfect place to hang out before heading out to the fest!
PS: It was so fun to pick outfits for Stagecoach! MAJOR props to my friends at Show Me Your Mumu & Wrangler for hooking me up with the cutest items.
