It’s officially festival season! And I’m a total poser, because I’m not even going to Coachella. Again. Every single year, I say, next year I’m definitely going. And, then something else always pops up, and I never go. Sadness!
Alas, I’ll be throwing my own Coachella-for-one in my back yard. It’s going to be moi, in a flower head crown, a swimsuit and some ovies (overalls), listening to too-cool-for-school-super-edgy music on Pandora. Sounds sort of depressing, but there’s a silver lining —-> THE FASHION. It’s that time of year when Queen V, aka the Hudge, aka Vanessa Hudgens emerges in all her glory to lead us down bright, boho paths of hippy-chic style.
And, lucky me, I just went to an amazing Best of Fest Event thrown by Modcloth at Palihouse in West Hollywood (love love love that place). If you’re not familiar, click HERE. The website is truly a unique community experience and it has something for everyone (not just saying that). Side bonus at this event…Topcoat, this super rad company that delivers incredible nail-art artistes to your doorstep, was serving up the sweetest nail art ever! Obviously, I went with a Sponge Bob pineapple theme, because nothing screams Coachella like Sponge Bob…right????
Also, great to spend time off-the-clock with Dana Ward and our pal Jamie Stone. Check out Jamie’s new blog right HERE.
