There are so many great workout options out there, but I love the ones in LA that make you feel like you’re ready to be a Marvel super hero or something…or at least strong enough to have a fighting chance…baby steps. And I’ll keep it real with you all. I used to HATE boxing so much, but I’ve had a huge change of heart and I think it’s thanks to some of the new boxing spots popping up in LA. You won’t find many classes that almost blind you sweat, but these classes do that. They also work muscles you never knew you had (and sore in places you never knew existed). They make it so fun and let you unleash an aggro side, which you know I’m into for 2018. I LOVE trying new workouts and my fave boxing workout classes in LA are at: BoxUnion, Prevail, and Aerospace.
BoxUnion is great for first timers. They offer walk throughs before your first class to go over the basics. I also got to host a class with all my besties, check out the pics below! Huge shout out to Albion Fit for the awesome workout gear and Popchips for the snacks!
Prevail hosted a private event where I got to check out their space (rocking one of my fave legging/top combos by Outdoor Voices). The class was incredible. They make any level of skill feel welcome. Start out as a beginner and finish as a spar master! See, I said spar, I’m basically an expert now 🙂
Aerospace was maybe the best workout with a jump rope I’ve ever had.And by that I mean, the ONLY workout class I’ve done with a jump rope. It was crazy and I was so sweaty. This place is great for anyone craving a high-energy workout.
