Then, like a bolt of lightening, it hit me! Breast cancer awareness is characterized by one of my all-time favorite colors – PINK! So, I decided to spend a day completely decked-out from head-to-toe in a crazy all pink outfit. Yes, I looked insane, but when people inquired about my odd outfit choice, I could tell them that I was doing my part to bring attention to breast cancer. It’s really the least I could do and I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t totally fun, too. Being young and/or not having a ton of resources, definitely doesn’t mean you can’t make a HUGE difference in the world!
Here are the pictures…and hey, I challenge you do the same. It’ll be fun, silly and maybe you’ll help save a life or two in the process. It will tickle you pink (does anyone get that reference?).
Post links to your pink-alicious pictures in the comments section. And don’t forget that you make a difference when it comes to cancer! Check out one of my favorite breast cancer organizations – Save the Tatas, and don’t forget to save your own tatas and do those monthly self exams because I love each and every one of you… Ciao babes!
oh, great, you are very beautiful, for the visa the rose are your favorite color, follow me in the twitter? please :/

I absolutely LOVE the pink idea.
In the hope that one day we will live in a world without breast cancer, my mom, sister and I walk 60 miles in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3 Day in support of all the women we know who have been diagnosed with breast cancer (including my mom who was diagnosed in October 2003!). From November 19-21, we will walk 60 miles in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3 Day in San Diego, California.
In order to participate in this walk, I have to raise $2,300. If you\’d like to make a donation, you can go to my website at http://www.the3day.org/goto/sarahc. If you don’t want to donate online, you can download and print a donation form from my website that you can mail in with your donation.
I walk because everyone deserves a lifetime.
Thanks so much for sharing Sarah:) I’ll make sure to tweet about it too, if that’s cool with you!
