I cannot believe that my sister and I only have TWO MONTHS left of our 1-Year-NO-Shopping Challenge (if you want to know why we did it, click HERE). Since we’re getting so close to the end, I’m going to be posting a whole lot more, so get excited!

I love this Lucca Couture dress. I think I bought it about 5 years ago-ish right before I went on a fun girls trip to Paris and all through the UK. I wore this frock for a night out in Newcastle, England which has a fascinating nightlife situation. Long story short, there are literally these large buildings that look like indoor malls, but instead of having retailers inside, all of the “shops” are different clubs. So basically, you’re like taking an escalator to your next stop. Super weird, super fun. Anyways, my gal pals and I somehow ended up crashing a cowboy themed bachelor party…cuz why not? Seriously though, I ended up learning that Newcastle is a popular place for people in the UK to go for bachelor/bachelorette parties (or hen parties if you’re feeling very British).

I wore this dress last week and was so glad to see that the quality and style held up perfectly over the years. Throw on some pumps or booties and a leather jacket and you’re ready to go…without going shopping!
