If you’re ever in Sydney, Australia you absolutely HAVE to go to the Blue Mountains. They are located a few hours inland from Sydney and they are NOT overrated. We did a Blue Mountain day trip that included lunch, a visit to a wildlife park and boat cruise back to Sydney. It was off the charts. I don’t even know how to describe the experience, but I think the pictures can do all the talking. I mean, see below. Need I say more. Yeah, didn’t think so.

FYI: We visited Scenic World where we took a Railway (steepest in the world yo), Cableway, Walkway and Skyway. We walked a bit but this isn’t what I’d really consider a hike. Not rigorous at all, but really pretty. Typically I don’t like super-touristy stuff but this is an exception for sure.
