DIY SMALL SPACE OFFICE IN MY HALLWAY!

I honestly cannot believe we did it, but somehow we managed to create a home office in the small hallway of our 690 square foot condo! Now that we’re working at home exclusively, it’s become absolutely necessary to have a work space and I truly didn’t think we had any room AT ALL in our place, until I took a closer look at our hallway, which previously housed our floor-length mirror. If I moved the mirror to another location, I realized I might be able to create some sort of desk/office space. After I discovered the most amazing fold out desk (with a great mid-cent vibe), the rest just came together. I turned the built in shelving into storage for my printer, some production supplies, and voila, we have an office people! I think it turned out so cute and very functional. I added a pretty round mirror that really makes the tiny space feel large and airy, along with some of my favorite decor items (a yummy candle and some greenery). When I’m not using this desk, I fold it up (my mac laptop fits inside), push my adjustable stool to the corner, and you’d never know the hallway was also an office.
