Prep:
- Slice up half an avocado, bell pepper, and a tomato – put on squaw bread. (How ever much you desire)
- Put on some lettuce and feta cheese.

So, long story short I hate mayo. In a MAJOR way, but I love a good spread, my favorite of which is hummus. Yes, hummus is normally a dip, but I love spreading it on sandwiches, especially those without meat. YUM!
