Squaw Bread-Hummus Sandwich (NO COOKING, Only Eating)

 This is one of my favorite sandwiches!

Oh and also the only sandwich I eat…

Squaw Bread Sandwich

Grocery List: Squaw Bread, Lettuce, Tomatos, Feta Cheese, Avocado, Red Bell Pepper.


  • Slice up half an avocado, bell pepper, and a tomato – put on squaw bread. (How ever much you desire)
  • Put on some lettuce and feta cheese.

JOSLYN’S Secret Ingredient:

So, long story short I hate mayo. In a MAJOR way, but I love a good spread, my favorite of which is hummus. Yes, hummus is normally a dip, but I love spreading it on sandwiches, especially those without meat. YUM!

and…Voilà! Enjoy! BONUS – this is a healthy sandwich that also tastes good. Let’s be real, that’s seldom the case. So, it’s a win-win!
