‘Where’s Joslyn’ Blog Contest Hits Day 5

Up until today the locations have been pretty obvious (well, sort of). But you guys are so hardcore, I’ve decided that Day 5 will be a bit more obscure. Let me just tell you all that this photo, by far and wide, was the most hilarious to take. Just imagine being there yourself…and after you see the picture you’ll understand. No joke, people must’ve thought I’d gone completely insane, which of course, I absolutely loved.

Joslyn + Foreign Country + Weird Outfit + Impromptu Waldo-esque photo shoot = PURE BLISS!

Again lovelies, I’m looking for the details. Do your thing…

    1) She is between the second and the third vertical handrails that appear on the left in the picture. There is a woman in a black top just in front of her.

    2) She is at a tube most probably in London. The London Underground is a rapid transit system serving a large part of Greater London and neighbouring areas of Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire in the UK. Despite the name, it is not the only underground railway to have been built in London – there was also the now defunct London Post Office Railway, Kingsway Tramway Subway and Tower Subway. There are localised railways in use today – the Docklands Light Railway and the Tramlink. There is also the London Overground service. With its first section opening in 1863, it was the first underground railway system in the world. In 1890 it became the first to operate electric trains. Despite the name, about 55% of the network is above ground. It is usually referred to officially as ‘the Underground’ and colloquially as the Tube, although the latter term originally applied only to the deep-level bored lines, along which run slightly lower, narrower trains along standard-gauge track, to distinguish them from the sub-surface “cut and cover” lines that were built first. More recently this distinction has been lost and the whole system is now referred to as The Tube, even in recent years by its operator in official publicity.

Your head is just to the left of the guy in the gray shirt, looking at the camera suspiciously, you look to still be in London riding on the tube, either the District or Central line but since the handrails are green I’ll say your on the District line.

Hi! Is it OK that I go a bit off topic? I’m trying to view your page on my iPad but it doesn’t display properly, any suggestions? Thank you for the help I hope! Kimberley

  4. Joslyn says:

Hmmm, not sure Kimberly – I wish I had an ipad myself, but alas, I don’t….sad face!

twit you a bunch of my answer. but yeah I think you’re in the London Underground. You’re probably stop at a station if we judge from what we see through the window on the right.
You wore your famous bandanas and sunglasses! You’re right behind the 2nd vertical green handrails on the left of the wagon!
After that for the history of this so well known place, I think The 1st comment said it all.

I twitted you a bit of my answer through Twitter. but anyway. You’re for me in the so famous London Underground probably at a Stop Station (if we trust the window on the right).

I think ClevverTV needs to get Jos & Dana some iPads!

@Kimberley I think Joslyn’s page uses some flash. And flash is not supported on the iPad. Maybe it’s something else but the only pages I’ve had problems with on the iPad are websites with flash.

WOW! Brian – impressive with the whole green/District line detail – That makes you our winner.

The last day of the Blog Contest was just posted FYI!
